FROM RAGS TO RICHES?

Tired of having a boss in the office, I decided to work home-based.  It's no miracle, with great determination, I was able to get my target, to work at home in a span of just one year of working in the office. I have been to different types of jobs, though but none has felt me even better than being a transcriber. I have greatly embraced and I love the work, I really enjoy what I am doing.

Home-based transcription? Yes, I started first with medical transcription in the office and then later on, after one year of service, my supervisor allowed me to work from home. Lucky enough for me right? You too can do it, if you are determined then you can do it as quickly as others can.

I became so studious with my work and focused on getting it perfectly done as nobody would tell me what to do. I am on my own. I stay alone in an apartment and there's nobody I can ask for help to. So, there I take responsibility of getting it done myself. Of course, I need to manage my time very well. At first, it was hard for me because the staff in our company is having a competition as to who could get the files, so there is some sort of hoarding, not allowed though in the office setting, but being in a remote area, I was allowed to do so. Thanks God I got a good supervisor back then in the office! He has helped me a great deal of having those files in my hands.

At home, I worked, worked, and worked. Being a workaholic, it's so pleasurable for me to have lots of files to work on. Oh my! I really love transcription.

Well, a year passed but I have never done some online surfing. I mean surfing, looking for some other ways to earn and how to get customers. Fortunately, when I heard some rumors that my account is going to be pulled out because the client is going to do the transcriptions on their office, I decided to surf. And you know what? I was so regretful why didn't I surf the web earlier. Imagine, I let a whole year passed. Twelve months has passed before I decided that. Oh I have wasted so much time. But, it's not too late, I can still cope up.

I started surfing then. I looked at several information on the internet. I have seen quite a number of money making scheme on the internet, promising and huge numbers. But, it's too good to be true-To earn huge amount of money without exerting much effort? That must be a scam! So, guys don't be fooled. Before entering into any money making sites, be sure to check if there is fraud in there. I always check if they're a scam. At first, I don't have any idea about that but you will learn in the process. Using the internet is very addictive. I can stay all day in front of a computer just except of course when I need to sleep at night.

Guys, don't waste your time, start indulging yourself online. There are so many great deals on the internet that you will love.

Anyway, yes I have gathered a lot of information on the net on how to earn using the internet. As time goes by, I learned how to refine my research techniques, I am accessing legitimate ways of working online. And here, I found Elance. Yes, that was the ever first website. I registered and make my profile. When I started Elance, I was very lazy enough to make a good profile. There is no room for laziness here pips. I tell you, if you want to earn, you have to work hard for it and you have to sell yourself.

I then started to realize when I looked at others earning so much, I said to myself, "If they can do it, why can't I?" Then I started to get serious over it. Be serious and learn to sell yourself. Elance has a very good interface. It's a perfect site for me, as in very well-engineered and well created. I was so motivated to apply to job postings and yes, I got my first client in Elance. He is still my client until now. I started Elance in 2013 and I am so blessed I found that site. Unfortunately, Elance has merged with Odesk and it became Upwork. So, if you want to work home-based, Upwork is a nice place too. However, they don't have the interface that  Elance has. Upwork is simply Odesk. They just changed the name. But, they are still in the process of improving that site. You can see a lot of job postings in Upwork. Try it. It's not yet too late. For me, I just enjoyed it and I am now exploring more.

There are also other sites that I joined like Guru, Truelancer, and Freelancer. They are all the same sites as Upwork, but Upwork works best for me at this time. If Elance is still in business, then I would surely stick with it.

From rags to riches? Maybe some years from now I can get my target. With hard work, I believe I can achieve my goals.
